Services

I support people to clarify their thinking, develop strategy, organize team responsibilities, and make decisions. Whether you’re an individual seeking to organize your thinking about a problem, a group hoping to align around a plan, or an organization looking for a new way forward, there are a suite of ways I can work with you to facilitate that change.

Some types of processes that may be useful to your team:

  • Retreats, workshops, and executive sessions: build and execute an agenda that will actually be worth your time and meet your goals.
  • Problem analysis: use different approaches to “map” the dynamics of a problem and identify areas for intervention (“wicked problem” mapping; systems mapping; other assessments)
  • Theory of change development: build a shared understanding of how change happens in a field and how an organization believes it will create change.
  • Goal and strategy development: participatory processes to map paths towards short/medium/longer term goals (e.g., backwards/outcome mapping; SWOTs; capacity constraint assessments)
  • Feedback processes: comprehensive, participatory reviews of campaigns, projects, and leadership.

Some services that may be useful to you as an individual:

  • Knowledge organization: 1:1 conversations to develop insights, identify patterns, and clarify paths for moving forward with work
  • Careful communication coaching: help with sending an important email, having a sensitive 1:1 meeting, or creating
